Would not let me order a mango slush with 0 sugar, said it is policy to have at least 30% to prevent bad taste and refund requests. I left and got my order fulfilled elsewhere. AVOID!!! Bad owners. :(June 7 2025 6pm on my birthday)

The drinks are good, it's the same as every other location, but the issue is that this location is very small, making it difficult to stand inside while you wait for your order.

The bubble tea and mango frappe here are excellent! Some drinks, like the mango ones, include fresh fruit, which makes them especially delicious. All of their tea-based drinks are freshly brewed to order—not made in advance—ensuring great flavor and freshness. Perfect for hot summer days, these drinks are refreshing and a healthier option compared to most other bubble teas.

The worst experience. I will not buy anything from them again. The mango was like 90% water without any mango.

Usually love Prestotea. Went in to get something and was faced with someone who obviously hates their job. I just dont get some people who decide to work in customer service and hate what they do, or hate people in general. There are ways of talking to people. I wasnt rude or condescending. One bad interaction can really mess with someone’s day. And no, i did not get anything finally.

After drinking so much fresh tea, the green tea in this restaurant is sour, the water is sour, and the coconut fruit is also sour, which is outrageous. What you sell is not cheap. I hope you can strengthen quality control and management.

While vacationing in Montreal, CA, my husband and I stumbled across Presotea restaurant, and their food was divine. Their selection of salads and drinks are unmatched anywhere. We do not know of any other restaurant whose salad selection is as varied as theirs. Just reading it makes your mouth water.
We dined on their Tropical salad, chicken tenders and. Outstanding!
Dining there was the highlight of our vacation.
A special shout-out to the Mgrs, Oliver and Shannon and to the hostesses Jinny and Melanie. Presotea is on our return list for sure!!

A few weeks ago, I was super stressed out and went to get a bubble tea to cheer up. It was crazy sweet despite ordering low sugar so I complained. She opened it, stirred and sealed it back and gave it back to me "fixed". I tried again, still too sweet. So i left it on the counter and walked away. Cried on a bench. ? 0/10

Bought boba today, my friend spat it out and turns out there was a dead wasp in it. It either died inside the drink or was dead in the tapioca. Either way its gross
