If I could have given zero stars I would have given it. We ask for 2 medium coffees. We pay with card and leave tip. We realize that they use a coffee machine where you only have to press a button (so not a real espresso machine with milk to heat next to it). We say we prefer not to take them then. She says; no no they are better than the other machine. Taste and if you don't like it we'll refund your money. We tasted it, firstly it was so hot that I burned my tongue, secondly it didn't taste good at all. So we asked for a refund, she gave me money while keeping her tips! Plus she was super stupid when I asked for a refund. Don't go there, you'll lose out on everything.

Coming to the hospital the last thing you need is pure attitude from the woman working at the coffee shop. Gave her a tip not even a thank you. I told her I wanted 2 coffees and she got so upset as if i insulted her family or literally swore at her. I rather faint from thirst or starve myself until I get home then order from this place again. I work in customer service , and this was pathetic. Miserable woman. I would love a feedback from the owner so I can discuss furthermore how their employees should react.

Worst place ever to buy food and coffee.!
Worst customer service!
Not recommended buying gift card because they don’t recognize it.
It deserves a big zero star!

Burnt croissant. Old chicken in my wrap. Undrinkable cappucino. My entire order was terrible.

Former hospital employee point of view: Overpriced foods that's not even mid. Hidden menu prices so they can overcharge for quality sold.

The employees are really unpleasant and the worst service I have had in a press café, they were discussing their hair instead of giving us a service and their attitude is really disgusting towards customers

Perfectly located. You enter the hospital thru metro or from the front parking lot to Montreal Children hospital, it is right in front of you. Of course, you always want to grab something. Workers are very friendly, and you witness that they work hard to please their clients. My server is making my cappuccino, and she ask if I want sugar. I usually add one sugar myself, but she makes the drink completely for me to drink. Splendid!

I am an employee of the hospital of this presse cafe location and have come a few times before and during my shift. HORRIBLE service every single time. very rude and disappointing, the two women employees give a lot of attitude… AND VERY EXPENSIVE! 14,80$ for a sandwich and a tiny bit of pasta salad. rip off

It was ok, small submarine style sandwich was good, but I was still hungry afterwards...

SO over priced😦... I paid 6.05$ for an iced coffee and re-verified it. Absolutely no customer service at all either. The girl couldn't care less for being there. I am so disappointed..

Overpriced, poor quality of food.
0* for customer service, the cashier doesn’t even look at you.
