We were visiting from the west coast and this spot was close to our hotel. I saw it on Google maps and the pics and reviews were interesting. I couldn’t find the proper signage for the place, I had to ask around. The pics posted are about 2 years old and the inside has been renovated. The items on the wall (pictured) are no longer there and seems their menu list has decreased. We ordered the Peking Duck and a Hot Pot Noodle. The Peking Duck was dry, not fresh. The wraps...
The Peking duck here is very good, the beef rice is also good, the shredded duck fried pancakes are also good, and the duck soup is delicious. The bosses are a couple and very friendly, and their shop has become my second canteen.
Super underrated hole in the wall restaurant with amazing and affordable food. The owners are also super sweet I can’t speak on the authenticity since I’m not super familiar with Chinese food but all my Chinese friends swear by it.I used to come here all the time as a student, revisited recently and this place hasn’t changed! It’s rare to be able to get a full meal at 10$ these days.
