Customer service is poor here. Usually restaurants, come to you to bring water, ask if ready. But we got the menu ourselves and had to look which menu and I had to ask what menu we can get?

Stopped here while on vacation and was recommended by a family member. The steamed dumplings are delightful, and because they are steamed, soup filled. The pan fried were good as well, but my family enjoyed the steamed more.

Overall, the experience was very good. While the atmosphere may not be the most stylish or visually appealing, the warmth and kindness of the staff more than made up for it. The service was truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout.

The others are good too (vegetarian) . The service was good and it’s always a very inviting environment. Go to spot for dumplings in mtl. Even when there’s a lot of people service is usually fast.
