I have known Québec Déli for a very long time. The pizza has always been good. This week, she just wasn't quite up to it. I'm sad to write this because usually the crust is crispy. The tomato sauce is as spicy as you like. A good amount of peperonei, mushrooms and peppers everywhere and a cheese melted and grilled to perfection. It will be better next time.

Some damn idiot is on the phone taking the order. Their phone is buzzing and he can't hear me. Then he hangs up the phone. He calls back and I tell him his phone is bad and is stubborn with me.
