The Arab guy on shift on Sep 28 2025 at 3 pm charged me $14 (price of big burrito) for the small burrito I ordered (priced at $9). When he took the burrito out of the heater plaque, the burrito fell apart so he just threw the content, as if it was leftovers, into another tortilla. During all this time he was distracted on his earphone talking to someone. This is time paid by the company for him to work, not having phone conversations while serving paying customers. If you come to this country you have to adapt to the local work culture like everyone else, you can talk to friends or relatives on your own time. I was not going to pick up a fight with him because in my experience they always react aggressively when called out. I always visit Quesada for quick lunches but this experience will make me think twice if I ever find someone like him in the future. After this experience I was so deranged that I'm taking time of my lunch to write this review, so hopefully his supervisor can correct his behaviour.

They charged me $1.49 for a sprinkle of shredded cheese. The contents of my burrito that should have been hot, as they were coming directly out of the warming pans, were barely warm, some bites of beans and rice were actually cold. This was a desperate late night food grab. I'd recommend you find another late night option.

Ordered the nachos with protein, it tasted great but portion size was a little small. Staff were very friendly and my order was ready quick. Prices were also reasonable, it was a positive experience overall.

The portion sizes are insane in comparison to the price. Half of the ingredients I asked for is missing. Never ordering from here again
