Very disappointing. If you’ve ever had real Italian gelato, you’ll know right away this isn’t it. The texture was off, and the flavor was almost non-existent — just bland and forgettable. It felt more like frozen sugar than actual gelato. Not worth the hype or the price!

I spent 30 freaking Dollars!!! Ordered from them thrice and everytime they DO NOT SEND THE WAFERS!!! What is the point of me adding it to the cart everytime when they don’t even focus on what is ordered??? Heights of unprofessionalism! Loved the ice creams the most but NEVER going back again! Thanks for the wonderful experience :)

Crazy selection of gelato. Price is not too expensive either. For around 8$, you get a regular cup with three different flavours. Its so tough to decide because all the flavours look so good! I believe everyone needs to treat themselves to this every once in a while!

The ice cream is great and it’s generous that you can get three flavors in a size small! Each one also came with a little cone cookie. It’s on the bottom of a mall, so the atmosphere (and smell, honestly) is a bit off but if you’re good to take it to go, it’s worth the stop.

Bien que j'aie téléchargé le programme de fidélité et que Qwelli sur Instagram ait confirmé qu'il suffisait de présenter la carte pour un petit gelato gratuit le jour de mon anniversaire, on m'a quand même facturé. J'avais même ma pièce d'identité. Je trouve regrettable cette obstination et le manque de satisfaction client. Lorsque j'ai demandé où laisser une évaluation, l'employé m'a simplement répondu : "Si c'est pour une plainte, ne laissez pas d'avis sur Google, on va perdre des étoiles." Incroyable.

This is a gelato shop at The Centre Eaton Central on Rue St. Catherine in the city centre. There are a handful of small tables and seatings spots. You can also just do take-away and enjoy your gelato. Opening hours are 11am to 9pm (weekdays), 11am to 7pm (Sat) and 11am to 5pm (Sun).
We stopped by recently and had a two scoop serving in a cup. Pistachio was a pretty good nutty flavour. The chocolate tasted as expected. Our gelato was smooth, creamy and overall pretty good. Would be glad to buy from here again.
This is a very good ice cream shop on the ground floor of Eaton center. They have many different flavours to choose from and they serve in different sizes. Only two people working inside so in the busy noon times, you may have to wait a while to be served. Also note that the sitting space is limited so may just have your ice cream on the go.

Good morning, I would like to contact you to let you know about the behavior of your employees at the Eaton center. This is the third time I have visited this point of sale and I have the same thought each time. So this is my last experience with you. Today there are 3 young girls who do not respect hygiene rules and alternate between texting on their phones and serving without washing their hands in between. Then we sat with my daughters at one of the tables which was very dirty. So I left my daughters to go ask if someone could come clean the table. I had to wait a good 2 minutes for them to decide who was going to come because none of them wanted to. So they discussed in front of me “go ahead! » “No, come on, it’s your turn.” In short, there is a shortage of workers in Canada, but it’s still really shameful. Control your employees as little as possible.

This was one of the best gelatos we had in Montreal. At first, I was skeptical about mall gelato, but that soon changed. The staff was very helpful in picking out great flavors and the price was more reasonable than other places around. The staff was also kind and helped us in a few French phrases since we don't know French. We were appreciative of that!
We had coffee, caramel, dulce de leche, cookie dough, churro? and a few othersI'm forgetting. They were all delicious, but the coffee and dulce de leche/churro was the best.
It is worthy of a stop if you're looking for good gelato!
