This was one of the best gelatos we had in Montreal. At first, I was skeptical about mall gelato, but that soon changed. The staff was very helpful in picking out great flavors and the price was more reasonable than other places around. The staff was also kind and helped us in a few French phrases since we don't know French. We were appreciative of that!

I was on vacation in Montreal and craving gelato. Stumbled on this place exploring the city. Staff was very polite and helpful. The gelato was delicious. The only complaint is it so hard to choose from the amazing flavors they have. I ordered a medium cup with three different scoops, cheesecake, chocolate and vanilla. Perfect mix and portion. I highly recommend if you are strolling around downtown Montreal.

I love bringing my daughter in this ice cream place. But yesterday I encountered a rude lady staff. I did not get her name. I asked for another paper plate since I ordered 2 ice cream in a stick. The lady initially did not want to give me and told me she put my order in a plate so it would be in one place and that she doesn't think my daughter will use it anyways. I just stared at her dumbfoundedly because who is she to know how my daughter will eat her icecream? And then...
