Je commande plus JAMAIS a cette endroit de ma vie c'est du n'importe quoi et je souhaite à personne d'avoir à parler à l'assistante gérante si vous avez a parler à quelqu'un soyez sûr que c'est le gérant ( il est beaucoup plus professionnel) elle c'est une catastrophe bref cette succursale devrait fermer ou du moin changer le personnel

Ordered by mobile application at 6:20 p.m. because it was impossible to get through to the telephone line, received a text message saying that the order arrived between 6:48 p.m. and 7:18 p.m. I received my order at 7:50 p.m., my poutine cheese was missing and the food was cold and not edible. Call the restaurant to tell them and the clerk persists and only wants to give me a credit for my cheese. Not the first time I've been disappointed with their crappy service...

Since they changed managers, many errors on orders, extremely long delivery, very disappointing
Seriously, this branch should be avoided.
Terrible service, error in orders and in distribution to delivery people. I felt like a 4 year old had made my wrap because it was so messy. More than 1.5 hours of waiting to receive an order. I gave them another chance but each time it got worse and worse.

I paid 2$ to add bacon to my poutine. Got one slice. That's 3 to 5 times the current day market price of bacon.
Didn't even bother chipping it up and throwing it into the dish. So the 2$ doesn't include labour. What did i pay that for? Think if they had done that I wouldn't have noticed nor complained.

I would like to talk about the cuisine and the atmosphere, but after 1.5 hours of waiting for poutine, I had to cancel.
I understand that they have their reasons, but I think the receptionist could have advised of the delay.
The worst part was that after my cancellation, the delivery man arrived. Even if offered, I could no longer accept the meal, 1h30 is laughing at your customers and that is unacceptable.

Today, December 25, I am alone and with the flu...I decide to give this restaurant another chance, because 4 years ago I swore to myself that no one would take me there again...but now it's It's over.
I order a half raised side. I order online and tip $10. I tell myself that all the other restaurants that deliver to me are always happy to receive $10
He arrives looking VERY STUPID.....He ends up leaving wishing me Merry Christmas without smiling.
The ribs were super dry, and not enough sauce. So I didn't eat it. The bread was cold, and the coleslaw no worse. The only good thing was the mashed potatoes.
Never again is it clear!

It's been several times that I indicate that the website and the Android application do not work but they do not take my comments and they simply ask me what is my order!

I ordered a club and the chicken inside was literally frozen. The fries tasted like the freezer too. The food is generally cold even if you go to takeout. Really disappointed

Christmas Eve - meal gifts for a single person via the telephone service which was special - inability to pay by credit to offer the meal to have it delivered without payment to the chosen person. Unpleasant experience. The tone of the condescending person was unpleasant... I placed my order with St-Hubert online with great experience in the Hochelaga sector then placed 2 other orders with Benny, one in Mtl Nord and the other in Duvernay Laval! 3 people happy to eat chicken as a gift this evening due to confinement!
