What more can you ask for when your pastas, and sauces are hand made daily with ingredients brought in from Italy? When you’re food is made carefully by someone very passionate about the culinary arts and in keeping recipes authentic? The team @ Ragu have come together to bring, quite honestly, the best pasta I’ve had by far in a long time! I tried a few dishes and they are delicious! You can’t beat the location either, inside Le Centrale!
