Bad pizza and way too expensive. Mini pizza for almost $20. Rough and unpolite service. Never again.

For the past week I have been visiting to train in circus so need to eat well, this place is right next to where I was training so I found myself there everyday, sometimes twice a day! Great options to choose from, and delicious healthy options as well! Will miss this little place, can’t wait for when I come back again :)

Finished I will never order again, 1h55 for delivery which arrives cold. This is the second time since the change of ownership, too bad it’s been more than 20 years since I was a loyal customer ?♂️

Excellent
What amazing fresh Pizza!! The service was impeccable. Even though we spoke different languages they were very accommodating to our families needs. They made the effort to understand what we were saying and we were given an amazing meal. Thank you!

At the very beginning, I was always satisfied with the quality and service, but as everything started to deteriorate, I tried to be understanding and always continued to order, sometimes even throughout of the week.
Today I came across a guy who has no sense of customer service, very dry and unhelpful, who demonstrates no sense of listening or service, this one wanted to charge me the costs for a bag of Mayonnaise that I take free wherever I order, I even take several with a smile.
Worse still, this guy preferred to lose two orders worth $40 to necessarily charge a small bag of Mayo, which I find completely ridiculous, so he prefers to lose a potential customer for $1, which unfortunately shows the importance of customers for RAMONA.
