Raviolis Impression- Impression Dumplings

The server this evening, October 22 at 7 p.m. was really nonchalant and aggressive. Customer service should be reviewed. I liked this place before I came there quite often (about once every two months), the service was good and the food was good. But the service I received this evening no longer made me want to come back. I hope the other servers are helpful and not aggressive with their customers.

This used to be our favorite Chinese dumplings place. However, today, 22 October, we had a very unpleasant experience from the service. The waiter was literally aggressive, asking about ‘how many?’ ‘steamed or fried’? in a very harsh way, like he was annoyed by us not telling it straight away. My friends ordered Tsintao beer and then I added ‘for me too please ‘. The response of the waiter was ‘i have not finished taking order from them, i did not ask you’. I hope next time we come, if we come, I could put 5 stars. The dumplings are tasty, but experience was terrible.

Stopped by here for a light meal. The initial service was a little slow, but they were very friendly. The dumplings were pretty tasty and hot. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd probably stop by.

Wonderful place for handmade steamed and pan fried dumplings. My friend and I ate here twice while visiting Montreal recently. The staff works hard here. They do an extraordinary job. Nice atmosphere, decent prices, great dumplings and soup. Merci Beaucoup!

Disappointing. Avoid the okonomiyaki (undercooked). The fried chicken was ok but the sauce was more a watered down ketchup than the usual spicy mayo.

Tasty meal and quick service. We tried the vegetable stir fry with the cilantro beef dumplings. With the chili sauce, it was delicious.

The food was excellent! Well cooked and good portions, salt may have been a bit lacking, but nothing a bit of soy sauce can't fix. Would recommend.

Vegetarian options: Good variety and they're careful for dietary restrictions if asked
