Good service ! The strawberry banana was good, I could taste strong flavor of both fruits!

“Sorry I don’t speak French; you can use the machine”
Et bien de mon côté, I’m out

Racist employee. I visited on Nov 25 at 11:30 AM. Immensely rude. Told us rudely to use the kiosk, and even while giving the order she was very rude. But she treated others with a smile. felt discriminatory.

Unpleasant experience. The workers don't greet you nor do they announce when your drink is ready. Upon entering the store they ignored me and turned around. Very odd way to treat customers.

ordered a large honey milk tea on a sunday in august. size of the cup, taste and tapioca were good. unfortunately not able to customize the amount of ice when you order on the machine, so it seems half of the cup was filled with ice... 10$ for the drink

For a business to not take cash on the weekend is ridiculous!! Horrible for business

I was very disappointed with the service and rudeness of one of the staff members at this specific location.

I went there two days ago and asked for mine to be without sugar (strawberry banana). This is usually not a problem at other locations, plus there was an option before where you could choose your sugar levels.

I asked the first staff member and she said it was fine, so then I ordered and paid. Then the other employee comes up and contradicts her, and says no, we cannot make you one without sugar. I said I already paid because I was told she could make it without sugar, he said no we cannot, I will refund you.

There were many issues with this interaction, 1) rude to co worker, 2) rude and condescending to customer, and 3) not inclusive to people who actually cannot have sugar.

If the customer wants their drink without sugar, especially the ones made from actual fruit and not syrup, then they should have that option. You could warn them and say it wont be sweet but that’s up to the customer to decide.

Anyway, I am not going to this location anymore. The other one has better customer service and a respectful employee.

Worst experience ever! I have tried so many slush juices before in Montreal but this one would get the worst rating! I ordered pineapple slush and as I was standing there , noticed they just added a few pieces of pineapple with LOTS of ice and a water. It tested like nothing and paying around 9 dollars for this is a scam! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I ordered a mango diamond slush with tapioca, but they forgot my tapioca.

I went in and asked for a juice without sugar, but was told they couldn’t make it because they have to add at least 25% sugar. I’ve ordered sugar-free juices at several other Real Fruit locations without any issues, so I don’t understand why this was such a problem here. It’s disappointing that such a simple request couldn’t be accommodated—they lost a sale over something that should’ve been easy to fix.

Great smoothie
Many verities

The drink ended up being somewhat grainy, I think there was powdered milk added that did not dissolve which was disappointing. After tax, a medium Pina Colada without pearls was $9.53, at that price point the least they could do was use coconut milk instead of a powdered additive. Too expensive, let alone the poor quality.
