Never order grape green tea. Overpriced and taste bad！

This was my first time trying this place out. I was a little disappointed as the powder wasn’t mixed too well. It wouldn’t have been a problem if I didn’t puncture my straw through so then I could have mixed it well before consumption. But the powedery bits started popping up as I started drinking it

Terrible customer experience bitter staff and not happy to serve us

I've enjoyed my milk boba tea. Although many options were unavailable when I visited, my drink tasted fresh and was made fairly promptly. Store was clean and the employee kept his work station impeccable. Properly bilingual service, prices matching similar shops'.

Ordered a tea and added tapioca as extra, but they forgot the tapioca. So just an overpriced tea~

Cant adjust sugar level anymore. It is too sweet

Good product but terrible service.
The employee serves the customers who arrived later but who orders at the counter before those who arrived and validates their orders before the customers arrive...
If you have time to waste I recommend this place otherwise it is better to look elsewhere.

Had this drink last week it was delicious, wanted to try again today and it couldnt be more horrendous. So bland, watery and the tea tasted a lot more on the bitter side!! Couldn’t even finish a small cup. Disgusting! Mayb the two workers need to stop gossiping and laughing constantly while making orders in front of customers

Hot spot for great bubble tea 🧋 drinks! Especially the taro sherbet with tapioca half sweet and extra ice 🧊!! It’s like ice cream 🍨 drink! Tasty! Great service and staff: Tom & Lyn

Very slow service. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes for one drink. Both of the people working there was never smiling!

Went there for a smoothie. You have to order by yourself on the self serve machine, so we asked the cashier beforehand which ones had yogurt or dairy. She said none. So we ordered a basic strawberry banana smoothie and paid. When we got it, the other employee said there was milk in it !! So we asked if they could make it without milk cause we specifically asked, and they were saying that they can’t, then one other employee said that what they put in the smoothie was cream actually, so that it was dairy free. We said that cream IS dairy and she was saying that there’s no milk in cream lol so we asked to see the ingredients and obviouslyyyy it said Contains MILK ! So we said that we are vegans, we didn’t want dairy, they had no plant based milk alternatives and they said they could redo it without milk but it wouldn’t be good… so we just asked for a refund and left.
Seriously employees should get a training on diets and their needs because it could be really dangerous and is very annoying. What a waste of time !! And this place should get vegan options, we’re in 2024 helloooo 😒

You can tell the taste of the drink just from the attitude of the employees: bad

The mango drink was much too liquid, there was more water than mango. This real fruit has nothing to do with those from Toronto which are awesome. Here the employees are jaded, slow and do your drinks badly

I love going to Real Fruit, always very fresh. But they changed the system for the ordering system and it didn't recognize my phone number or QR code from the app. I hope it gets changed back.
