I guess the girl there does not want to cut or deal with any oranges. 3rd time now that I go, put in my order through the little self ordering station then wait 5-10mins to be told “yeah we don’t have oranges today”… What a weird coincidence! Every-time I come for an orange slushie, no oranges !! How strange ! - I’m never going back to this place. Or any other real fruit location for that matter. Give it 1year this company will be bankrupt, the management is beyond incompetent. Most locations are closing for a reason.

They need more than 1 person working there. You can't feel entitled to good customer service when the person working is swamped with responsibilities. I've never had any issues with my orders and would like to support the business, but the complaints in the other reviews clearly have zero idea what it's like to be manning an entire store by yourself and then being asked stupid questions. It also seems pretty self-explanatory that they close early if staff is unwell or can't come in because there's no replacements available. They might have better luck staying open through their operating hours if payroll wasn't so stingy. I feel for the employees who are doing their best under bad conditions including a frequent lack of air conditioning.

I went there I found no fruits available also that the place is like hell warm we were sweating if they put an ac would be better but the juice is good .

I visited this place both yesterday and today. It wasn’t very busy during my visits, but there was only one girl working in the shop. Unfortunately, she was a bit rude and didn’t greet customers properly.

Just a reminder: without customers, there is no business. We are not dependent on you — your business depends on us. Nothing here is free; I paid for the food and expect to be treated with respect.

If someone doesn’t have the right attitude for customer service, they shouldn’t be in this role. I’ve been a loyal Real Fruit customer for many years, but I was disappointed by the attitude of this particular staff member.

I hope management looks into this issue for the sake of future business. Thank you.

Went in today around 3:45pm, usually get great customer service but the employe just had his airpods in, spoke 0 words to me even when I said Hi or Thank you. 0/10 customer service

Ordered at the self service and there wasn't any option to modify the percentage of your drink. I had to got to the cashier to customize it. Winter is here and it's freezing outside 🥶 fortunately the drink was really hot just the way i like it! Amazing 👌

When things to make the bubble teas are properly ready by 12:40, it's great. But too many time now, I get there around 12:35 and I'm told there's not tapioca, and it will only be ready in another 40min.
Come on...
I'm giving this place one last chance to do better, and then I'll just stop trying.
