Ordered at the self service and there wasn't any option to modify the percentage of your drink. I had to got to the cashier to customize it. Winter is here and it's freezing outside 🥶 fortunately the drink was really hot just the way i like it! Amazing 👌
When things to make the bubble teas are properly ready by 12:40, it's great. But too many time now, I get there around 12:35 and I'm told there's not tapioca, and it will only be ready in another 40min.

The drinks are overall pretty good and some drinks have fresh fruit added, but I'm taking off 2 stars for the opening hours. 12pm makes no sense. Pretty sure it used to be 10 or 11am.
