September 2025 update: Dined here many times and always a great experience. Food is always well prepared and service is top notch. The renovations completed earlier in 2025 definitely adds a luxurious ambiance to the experience.
As I step into the restaurant at the Sofitel Hotel “Renoir”, I’m thinking wow, nice upscale restaurant, and when I think of upscale restaurants, I think amazing service, amazing atmosphere and most of all amazing food. The food and the store-bought orange juice were underwhelming, especially given the restaurant’s reputation and price point. However, the exceptional service we received from Nadjib truly elevated our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and his attentive, friendly demeanor made our visit far more enjoyable.
