Been here twice now. Both times I was served with a smile and polite staff / owner. The food is delicious. Chicken is not too dry and not too juicy which is what you want in a shish touk. Very flavorful and generous portions. Restaurant is clean but just a tad on the warm side, but is to be expected when their cooking machines are so efficient.
