Dear petit extra restaurant
With my family went to eat about a week ago for my moms’s birthday … and unfortunately we have to say that the experience was not good! The food was not to our standard I ask to the risotto and I have to say it was the worst risotto I have ever tried. No taste, not creamy at all, the mushrooms tasted like a dirty mushroom taken straight from the soil my moms plate … the steak was ok but the fries burn to the ground most of them were black burn nothing we try was tasty … I asked for another plate cuz I couldn’t eat the risotto and it was not great either le chèvre au chaud …for the price they ask … I have to say don’t worth much of a dollar.

Excellent service, attentive, friendly and quick. Food is excellent, most French classics are present. The wine list is comprehensive and priced reasonably. A very pleasant experience.

The group (10) absolutely loved it. I brought them there and they stayed 2 hours for dinner. Just a happy enjoyable dinner, and desert.

We spent a fantastic night with family in this lovely restaurant. Food is delicious and presented beautifully. I ordered the duck confit which was tender and flavourful. Service is attentive. We will definitely come back and try other menus.

The food was very mediocre. I’m being generous by giving it a passing mark. By Montreal standards, I think it was below acceptable. I had a salade du jardin and onglet de bœuf. I had a mocktail : Menthe-Concombre… underwhelming.

Found this on a whim while we were on our way to Quebec City. We got the duck confit, lamb shank, and crème brûlée for dessert. Service was impeccable with the host making sure that we were taken care of. I am rating the duck confit about 4.5/5 as it was a bit drier than expected but the flavour was on point. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone and would definitely visit again. Merci bcp!

Nice and comfortable place to dine on a weekday night. We had duck breast and trio de mer. Duck was cooked to perfection and both dishes tasted great. Highly recommend!

Energetic bistro with very well prepared bistro fare. We both had the Salmon Tartar and the Steak Frites and both dishes were satisfying and prepared with care. The Salmon was soft, cool and well balanced. The steak was deliciously prepared to order and the accompanying frites crisp, hot and served with a flavorful bearnaise sauce. The wine list was good- a bit pricy - but with a few minutes searching we found a unique and tasty Cahors wine at a very good price. Our server was helpful, friendly and efficient. We would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of a good bistro.
