Was visiting in from Toronto and have been to the Oakville location several times. The service there is incredible. The food is always amazing! I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and had alerted the staff both in english and proper french and yet to my surprise the very ingredient I specifically said I couldn’t digest (the pita I was given but didn’t eat, as well as the tabouleh which contains a grain) was cross contaminated at the bottom of my bowl. While I understand accidents happen, in this situation I am very confused as to why there was not any care. Luckily I knew what was and wasn’t gluten free to order because the waiter did not check. I really hope this was just an off day for the staff but the pain I ended up suffering was definitely not worth the price of my meal. I will gladly eat from the chain again but I would recommend allergen and food safety reminders be given to staff.

I don’t know who had the genius idea on Ubereats to put the bowls with JUST COLESLAW as the default option but that definitely earned them a one star. You basically are just as hungry after eating then before. No rice, no potatoes, again: JUST COLESLAW. Nobody called me to ask if I was insane or sick. They just shoved unseasoned coleslaw in the bowl until full and sent it out.
