We had a fabulous time here. Excellent food, large portions with a very friendly service. The restaurant was nicely decorated for Christmas, with pleasant music. A mix of 60s, 70s, and more contemporary so everybody happy. Prices also very correct, considering all the food is freshly made, no microwaved shortcuts here. The parmigiana was my absolute favorite. I don't eat meat so can't say anything about the meat dishes but they looked yummy.
Brought my 96 year old Dad to eat at Cornelli. He rememberd the first one in Montréal Nord years ago. He alway took Cotoletta alla Milanese it was fantastic.. so disappointing that it is not on the menu anymore. But he ate very well.
It's okay...but the busboys are the best in the City. I've been trying to lose weight, and the delicious food and big portions don't help ( thanks alot Cornelli ! ). I still have a hissing sound in my ear from the loud noise of all the people talking, laughing and having a great time. :-)) After parking my car right in front, I got my shoes wet in the snow having to walk to the door ( really ticks me off ). The waiter was very attentive and caring...A little to...
