I’ve been going there for a few years now, and I’ll keep going until this gem closes (hopefully never!). I always expect restaurants to cook better than I can at home — Da Frank never disappoints. Honestly, I love the place even though they’re closed on the days I usually want takeout but now they changed the smoked meat in the smoked meat poutine and I’m so disappointed considering I dropped 24$ on it. I’ll still go back but not for the smoked meat

Overall, it's just old and outdated. This is a family run CASH OLNY licensed restaurant. They do a decent pizza. The gravy for their poutine is runny, making the fries soggy. They use fresh vegetables, which is nice.
The server was nice and polite.
The place is bright and the radio is something to be desired. The clientèle seems to be of the older crowed.
If you are in the area and have cash in your pocket to get rid of, stop in.
