Just a nice quiet place for delicious breakfast brunch. Did not realize it was connected to the Humaniti hotel and the Ange Boulangerie, Avril from our favorite grocery store, Avril. Our little boy thoroughly enjoyed his pancake with maple syrup and fruits while we had the Canadian breakfast! Celebrated mother-in-law’s birthday there. All enjoyed their meal. The service was attentive and coffee refills abundant. We will return!

Great quality food, every dish we ordered was beautifully presented, tasted great and fill us up for a good part of the day. We tried the omelette, steak and eggs, smoked salmon bagel, pancakes, Canadian breakfast. Service was fantastic! Although sometimes slow at getting a table

Scrap my previous review. I had a slightly disappointing experience at the lounge due to slow service, but I'm glad it didn't deter me from trying out the restaurant. Im pretty sure I have never had a better meal in this city. Oysters were exceptional, steak was perfectly cooked and flavourful, and the panna cotta is a dream. It was better than any I've had in actual Italy, with a modern twist. The sommelier provided excellent advice for pairings. I'm surprised they weren't part of the Montreal restaurants mentioned in the Michelin guide because they are far superior to several of those picks (haven't tried them all, but the ones I have were completely eclipsed by this experience). It's a must try. Wines range from 120$ a bottle, to 500$+, so not a budget pick, but absolutely worth the experience.

We visited the restaurant to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The place is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the evening. We chose the 7-course dégustation menu and enjoyed every single dish — everything was well thought out and delicious. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming, which made us feel truly special. Overall, we had a fantastic evening that will stay in our memories for a long time. Highly recommended!

H3 impresses from the moment you walk in, with its sleek modern chic design and warm, professional staff who strike the perfect balance of friendly and attentive. The omelette was the best I’ve ever had—fluffy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. Their espresso macchiato was a standout; a drink that’s notoriously hard to perfect, yet they absolutely nailed it with rich, balanced flavour and smooth texture. What really makes H3 special is the high-quality, locally sourced bottle of maple syrup on every table—an essential companion to their exceptional pancakes and a clear sign of their commitment to thoughtful, quality dining.
Had a wonderfuull experience dining here for a dinner course.
We were touring and had snacked before, so got the 5 course dinner instead of 7.
I added the lobster tail and it was absolutely worth it. Every plate of the course was unique and tasted great.
The wine pairing was a great experience as well. All the wines had very clean finish, which we did like.
The place has great atmosphere overall and the course menu food came out in a timely manner. We had plans afterwards and were able to finish the whole course in an hour and a half.
The course menu pricing was fair, and with 4 wine glasses total, the wine pairing classique price was fair as well.
We go to a restaurant of this calibre once a year. The service and atmosphere is exceptional. We had the 5 course tasting menu. The food is very good, however there was a significant difference in the cooking and subsequent texture of the veal tenderloin for my wife and I. Mine was tough which was my only disappointment for the night. The dessert was top tier. My wife got the cocktail pairing and I got the lowest tier wine pairing - both were impressively matched with their respective meals, however even I could tell the wines themselves were not of great quality and I don’t drink much wine. If you are a regular wine drinker then I think you’d be disappointed with this tier and would suggest to get the mid-tier or higher tier pairing.
Top notch cuisine 👨🍳
Excellent place. Service was attentive but not intrusive, the menu selections for lunch were good, though a few more options wouldn't be unwelcomed. The quality of the food was excellent. I would rate the food quality 5 and overall 4.5 (due solely to the adequate but limited options) if google allowed me to. The wine suggestions were spot on. Overall highly recommend.
