The Henri Brasserie Française is usually always a sure thing for brunch. Everytime we come we always have a great time and experience & Mimosas are yummy. With those reasons we came for the Easter brunch. They had a special Easter menu and we ordered one of everything creating our own tasting menu, plus the seafood tower and an additional dessert. The seafood tower was a great way to start our meal. Including lobster, shrimp cocktail, and oysters that were fresh and perfectly clean and shucked.Easter menu:The rabbit croquettes were fresh and crispy but left a bit to be desired in the taste profile. It was more of a crispy mini arancini with I’m assuming bits of rabbit. Couldn’t really make any meat out to be honest I could only make out the rice. The rabbit must have been busy delivering Easter eggs because he was MIA in our croquettes. Also a very small dish, we got 3 croquettes total, and 2 of them were the size of a large marble, the third was even smaller. The dish was mostly shaved cucumber. The chicken and waffles were delicious. Chicken strips were fresh hot and crispy, waffles had a crispy exterior and soft and fluffy when you cut into them, and the poached eggs were perfectly cooked. All drizzled with maple syrup. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tender and rich, the mashed peas were very pulpy in texture and a very dense. It would have been nicer if the peas were blended with fluffy mashed potatoes. The bitter chocolate tarte dessert was refreshing with the citrus gel and wine foam.La goutte chocolatée was just the right amount of chocolate with the chocolate biscuit and chocolate cream mousse. A nice balance of textures with creamy and crispy with almonds crisps and cocoa nibs. The restaurant is beautiful with all the architectural details from the molded ceilings down to the stained glass. The service was good! Our server Dom was great and friendly, only opportunity was having to ask for a refill to our water glasses. To conclude we had a nice time as usual, but there were a few things that could’ve been better. Still recommend for brunch though, and valet is a plus who like hunting for a parking spot.

Picked the spot quickly after driving in from Toronto. Turned out to be a great choice. The wine selection was excellent, our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was on point. But it was the atmosphere and aesthetic of the restaurant that really stood out.

Nice ambience, first-class service. The meals were excellent. However, one soup was not served warm enough and the salad was missing the dressing. Both were repaired quickly and without problems. The selection of wines in the double-digit price segment is unfortunately very poor.Parking: On Sundays from 6 p.m. there were free parking spaces right next to the restaurant

Beautiful, elegant restaurant with professional service standards, but the food was a fail. Ordered the special-of-the-day salmon tartare and it was anything but special. The french fries were cold and the raw salmon was warm and smelly. It took only one bite to know it was off. The waiter offered to replace it, but my guest was halfway through his meal and we were a bit rushed, so I declined. I would have paid, but they did not charge me for the salmon tartare. I won’t be returning soon since the pungent smell of warm raw salmon has a way of staying with you for a while.

Excellent service! The duck breast frankly lacked flavor and the cauliflower accompaniment was clearly not seasoned. The filet mignon was not cute for medium cooking. Once again, the vegetable side dish is not seasoned. The crème brûlée is ordinary. The caramelized apple tart was very questionable, with an aftertaste of rotten apple.Strongly not recommended for lovers of “good food”.But the service is impeccable.

Our new favorite brewery. The food is perfect, we have never been disappointed until now. The foie gras is excellent, the monkfish, the gnocchi, the suggestions of the moment, soups, meats etc. everything is good, the crème brûlée and the floating island remind me of home. Apart from my disappointment with the choice of Chablis, the selection of wine offered is really good. The service is fast and a special mention for Raphaël, who always takes care of us perfectly.

My wife and I were there for the first time and loved the service we received. We asked the waiter for his drink recommendations and a few questions about the menu and he was in full control of his means. Our meat was cooked perfectly and everything was tasty. For one of the rare times we don't need to salt or pepper our food. It was very well seasoned. It should be noted that we often salt our food. So for our part in general we recommend this restaurant. We have adored.
