5 stars of traditional of Ha noi .
Decent bun cha but it unfortunately has bean sprouts which I don't like. The sauce was also not hot enough.

This restaurant is fantastic, with a great atmosphere and an extensive menu. The boba tea is a standout-
perfectly sweet with boba pearls that have an ideal, chewy texture. My only critique is that the bún bò
huể was surprisingly less flavorful compared to the other excellent dishes.
Despite this, it's a solid spot l'd recommend. 7/10

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. The food is always authentic and excellent. We ordered the che ba mau (three-color drink/dessert) — they make the best one in Montreal! I love that they use crushed ice, which makes it perfect. The bun nem cua be (imperial roll with crab) is always a hit — crispy, flavorful, and freshly made. I also tried the bun cha ca La Vong (grilled fish) for the first time — it was delicious and full of flavor. Both dishes reminded me of my mom’s cooking. 4.6/5 Well done!

I went when it wasn’t busy, very friendly staff and cozy. I always take the Pho Chin and wasn’t disappointed at all! Definitely one of my favourite spots even before they moved locations.

I had such a good experience! The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made me feel truly welcomed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The food was also excellent — flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Every dish I tried was delicious. Overall, it’s a place where great service meets great food, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered Pho, fried calamari, grill beef and chicken. The flavor of the soup is spot on, very good. The grill beef was cooked perfect but the grill chicken was over cooked. The calamari is good. The Viet tea is probably the weakest Viet tea, I ever had.

I went to eat alone today. No one told me where to sit, so I found an empty table and sat down. After sitting for almost ten minutes, a girl came to ask me how many people were eating. I said that I would not let me sit at that table alone. I often ate at this restaurant last year, and I felt that the price had become more expensive and the taste was much worse. Finally, as soon as I finished eating, a little girl asked me if I had finished eating, so she took away my bowl without considering my feelings at all. As a customer, I can't feel your respect for me at all. I will never go to this restaurant again.

As a Vietnamese being away from home, the restaurant just brought me back home instantly. The dishes are authentic Vietnamese. The restaurant is as busy as any respectable restaurants in Vietnam. A good place to get together.
