Came to this location for the first time and wow what a miss. Love this franchise, never have had any complaints but this one location avoid at all costs. Got my regular order 1 chicken pho 1 rare beef, 1 order of cha gio and 2 ice coffees. The chicken was over cooked . The rare beef was cut too thick so it was hard to chew l, the iced coffees when brought out 1 was half full and its mostly ice. So the waiter made a face when I asked to fill it to the top, for 7$ im sorry im not just paying for ice. And lastly the cha gio one of them was burnt and inedible. So imagine, the whole order nothing on point. Anyways, thanks for coming to my ted talk, super disappointed.

Chateauguay qc. Location My wife and I ate there yesterday. Very dissatisfied. The chicken was reheated, dry and tasteless. The beef was like slivers of paper, omg! The chef obviously didn't care how the food tasted. The owner needs to review this asap.

Nice place, difficult to find parking but it’s not the restaurant issue and it’s a city issue. We could find a table very fast, the staff are very nice. The food was great, very nice soup but I only did not like the noodle, I’m guessing it’s not home made or I think it’s not the right type of noodle. In general was a nice Pho and we enjoyed.

Very good pho dac biet that contains tripe and tendon! Most places omit those items nowadays.
The takeout containers are the most convenient contraptions. No need to have your own bowl, which was perfect for tourists like myself.
