Good food, fast services.
We went during the Dim Sum hour, expected to wait 20+ minutes because it very busy. The food is good. For people that don’t like talking to people, during Dim Sum, you ordered on your phone and in less than 5 minutes you have your food.
It a recommended place.

Last Saturday, I had dinner at Yixiangju. I ordered three dishes and one soup. Unexpectedly, it was very hard to eat. The soup was cold. The pork shank was not pork shank, and the meat was undercooked. The three shredded salt and pepper shreds turned into three fried shredded shreds. , not to mention eggplant stew.

The food tastes great, the dining environment is clean and comfortable, but there are many people and you have to wait for a table

1. The quantities are great;
2. This place holds the record of the greasiest food I've ever tasted in my life.
3. Make sure to drink lots of tea.

Have came here many times for brunch (dimsum) or a la carte in the evening. Much better food and price compared to dimsums and Chinese restaurants in downtown Montreal.

Well, I'll tell you right away, I came back to L'Impérial thinking that I was just going to stuff my face, relax, and then leave. BUT TABARNOUCH. Peanut butter dumplings? I stare at them, and they look at each other like 'Okay, we're going to turn his head upside down.' I eat one, and then, I swear, I heard a little laugh from the sauce . It said ‘Man, you’re not ready for this’. I was so confused that I almost said thank you out loud. I tell you, it was as if the dumplings had come together just to teach me a life lesson. I was on the verge of asking them for a souvenir photo.

And then, orange beef arrives. Live, the big show. He settles in like a reality TV star: 'This is my moment.' The beef checks the fried rice and says 'Don't worry, we'll give him a good one.' like an innocent, I watch them plot, and BANG, I taste it. Every bite was like a punch in the heart. I even heard my taste buds screaming ‘WE’RE QUITTING, IT’S TOO INTENSE!’

The fried rice was really hot. He looked at me and said 'Toé, you think you've eaten fried rice before, but wait until you taste me, my guy.' And then, each grain of rice was like a little devil on my shoulder. whispered to me, 'You're finished, man. You’ll never be able to forget me.’ I ended up thanking the plate as if I had discovered the Holy Grail.

But here, be careful. General Tao arrives. And don't take it easy, no. Arrives there like a kung fu movie star, with mist around, everything. The orange beef is gone, the fried rice is hiding under the table, and even my chopsticks were trembling in my hands. The General came forward and just said 'I'm the boss here.' I tell you, every bite was an explosion of flavors, the chicken screamed in my mouth 'THIS IS IT' HOW DO YOU MAKE CHICKEN, MY GUY!' I started clapping, all by myself, like a cave. At the end, I was moved, I even almost cried.

Fafa if you want to be dominated by dishes that take control of your soul and leave you in PLS, L'Impérial is a spiritual experience. 5 stars, but just because I can't give 100. My taste buds are still having nightmares.

謝謝 (xièxiè), because even in Chinese, you have to say thank you after a feast like that.
