90% of the ramen was salt. Not edible

Got the tonkatsu curry. The pork chop was way over cooked and tastes dry and hard. The curry tastes sour which is very unusual for Japanese curry. It doesn't taste bad, but not sure what's making it sour.

I really appreciated this little spot and the 2 sweet people behind the counter. I recommend if you are passing through.

The only issue with this place is it's in a random strip mall food court! But if you want the authethic japanese comfort, precise, balanced food, you must stop here. I took the croquette curry rice and it is as good as in Japan (came back from there a month ago)!!

We loved the food and the service. It reminded us of the time we lived in Kobe, Japan. 😊

This place is a lie, this is not food court level of quality. This is closer to high-end Japanese places. I tried the Tonkatsu ramen and this is no doubt one of the top 5 bowls of ramen I’ve had in Montreal. The meat, the broth and the egg, everything close to perfection.

The food was delicious so tasteful, beautifully presented and served with heart. I enjoyed my meal with my spouse and her salmon tartare was amazing. This place is a gem and worth every penny! Try it

Had the pork ramen and it was delicious. My only complaint is that for almost 20$ the portions were too small.

Great little discovery in the Halles d’Anjou. Had the pork ramen and karaage, delicious! Will now be my go-to place in the east end for ramen. Definitely recommend!

Kindest people and service with the finest simple Japanese food this side of Montréal!
The fried chicken was delicious and perfectly crispy, the tonkatsu was supreme with a flavorful curry - not to mention the rice was also sublime. Really tasty wonton soup and the chicken dumplings inside seemed homemade which was great - so authentic. Finally the potato croquette. Like a Japanese hash brown and again I wish I'd gotten 4 instead of 2, they were divine!
Thank you Suzu, will be back soon
