The wrap was delicious, the dish of the day a little less so, I would have preferred that the vegetables were cooked and not raw because they were hard and it's not pleasant to eat a large quantity of them. I am sure that with the cooked vegetables, this meal would have been delicious too! Beautiful presentation of the dish.
