Great experience. Waiter explained the traditional and fusion foods ending up with a perfect plate mix.

Some of our food was good, some was not great.
Atmosphere is cramped and loud, there were flies flying around inside the restaurant. It's a nice spot and a nice place, just felt like they could improve here. The servers were nice, but they were very slow, they checked on us once to see if we liked the food, but then never came back to bring us more water or to see if we wanted desert or anything.
We had the Tomato salad, Ceviche, Fried chicken, Jerk Chicken, Griot and Grilled fish as well as 5 cocktails.
The fried chicken was delicious, the Griot was some of the best in Montreal, but the jerk chicken was horribly dry, the chicken was TINY, it felt like I was eating quail.
The Jerk chicken is 25$ on the menu, but after getting home and looking at my receipt, they charged us 32$ per portion (we ordered two portions to share).
The grilled fish was supposed to be 40$, they charged us 45$.
We were also charged 2$ more per drink than what was priced on the menu.
The bill for 4 people ended up over 325$ (before tip) with 5 drinks, a bottle of soda water, 4 appetizers and 3 mains.
For the price, the experience we had was not worth it.

We were there for the jazz fest performance at 7:30, a perfect location and we were happily surprised at the quality of the food, drinks and service as we had never been before. Every dish had its own special taste but the hummus for me was wonderfully different. Service was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
The food was very good. Worth trying.
Half hearted to non-existent service. Limited menu. Little knowledge of gluten free accommodations.
We walked out without ordering.
Very disappointing.
Great, great food, very nice setup. Service was a bit chaotic at the beginning, but in the end, okay.
The atmosphere is festive and romantic. You can dine as a couple or with a group of friends. The dishes are super delicious. I highly recommend it.

Pan-Carribean food met my high expectations and standards.
Ceviche, GRIOT and the jerk chicken were wonderful. The server was accommodating, informational and dynamic enough for you to trust his judgement.
Overall, a great experience. Will be back for more.

The food was delicious! I had the griot with the chef's rice, then the waiter was kind enough to mix me a cocktail with the hibiscus juice (it's excellent too). In addition, the restaurant is located in the heart of the Place des Arts in a quite fascinating building. I will definitely go back!

Excellent restaurant. The beetroot salad, accras, ceviche and griot were a delight. Thanks to JP for his VIP service. We recommend and will return.

Dinner for two during Montréal à table 2024. Food ok, 1 dish out of two was good and pleasant (accras and fish at the top). The service on the other hand was poor, lack of professionalism waiting for more than 30 minutes for the order to be taken when the restaurant is not even half full. Waiting more than 25 minutes between the finished starter and the main course. Only the bussgirl did her job correctly. Not even a commercial gesture or an apology for the quality of service.

Good evening, I went there with friends.
We wanted to have an extraordinary experience. Disappointment…service was poor. Example: my friends received their drinks 10 minutes before me and we ordered together... for a simple glass of wine, that's a long time... when I mentioned it the waiter seemed more annoyed than concerned about the situation. For a restaurant of this size I was definitely expecting more because I was at Pol Toussaint during the timeout and I must say that for a snack it is clearly superior. That said, if it's for the atmosphere, you'll be satisfied...to each their own. Also the owner with the hat recognized you and didn't take the time to greet his customers...but am I surprised as a Haitian...?! All these comments are clearly for the purpose of improvement. Good evening

The cost of dishes is very high. The food is good. It takes a while before the waiter takes our order, but the food arrives quickly afterward. Decent wine by the glass, you have to ask the price, because they don't tell us straight away. Not much meat on my lamb shank ($40) and not as tender as I would have thought. Lots of meat for the half jerk chicken. I liked the flavors of the seasonings. The menu published on Google map from your cell phone is not the correct one. Main dishes are between $30 and $60. The soft one was delicious but extremely small.
Vegetarian options: Chickpea dish available
Dietary restrictions: Instructions on the menu (gluten and lactose free)
The server asks customers about allergies and intolerances upon arrival.
