Excellent French cuisine place with an astounding wine list. Impeccable service. The main course was to die for. Hors d'oeuvre and appetizer were good, although slightly underwhelming for that kind of price range. We had a great time!

Ma première expérience (non la dernière) à La Chronique Samedi dernier et je n'ai que d'éloges. Chaques plats (menu dégustation, un must) était plus délicieux et surprenant que le précédent. Un coup de coeur particulier pour les pétoncles..un mot: spectaculaire. Tout était parfait de la nourriture au service impeccable et que dire de Marianne la sommelière qui nous a entrainé dans une aventure de découverte, sans aucune prétention. On y retourne et en attendant, on rêve encore aux pétoncles! Allez-y!

Je suis un adepte depuis plus de 20 ans du restaurant La Chronique, la nourriture est toujours excellente et les plats bien présentés. Je me suis limité à 4* cette fois-ci car nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait de devoir utiliser un seul verre pour tout l'accord mets/vins, c'est écologique ok, mais ça nous force à boire rapidement chaque vin lorsque le serveur se présente avec le nouveau vin. Nous préférons une transition en douceur.
We arrived to the restaurant very early on New Year's Eve to wander around the surrounding area. As it was new years, no where else was open. We knocked on the door and were graciously let into the restaurant early to escape the cold which was incredibly nice and generous. In terms of the actual food, every dish we had on the tasting menu was wonderful. The sole dish may have been the best thing I ate in 2023. Each dish was a good portion (bigger than what you would expect for a 7 course meal) and each was delicious and inventive. Not only did they go out of their way to welcome us, the food was absolutely fantastic as well as the wine pairings. I would 100% eat here again
Service désastreux d'une serveuse peu courtoise. Un chef susceptible de critiques constructives, car peu de personnalité et d'identité dans les plats. Cuisine très peu raffinée, trop crémeuse et écoeurante au fur et à mesure des services. Toutefois, un serveur très gentil et professionnel fait parti de leur équipe. Joyeuse fête et j'encourage de bon coeur le chef dans son perfectionnement et l'évolution dans sa cuisine. Il trouvera certainement son identité avec le temps.

The dishes were dilicious and beautifully presented. We had the five-courae menu with wine tasting, and the pairing wines were complementing the dishes as well. Definitely recommend.

We had the tasting menu and it was really great! I found the service was amazing and the music was loud enough to enjoy but still have a great conversation with out yelling across the table. ? Would highly recommend the experience and don't forget to ask for the wine accompaniment.

J'avais de grandes attentes et même si la quantité était généreuse, les plats bien présentés, je suis restée sur ma faim quant au service à l'arrivée et lors de la commande. Les assiettes étaient bonnes mais pas époustouflantes. L'accord mets-vin ne m'a pas emballée ou surprise. Dommage. 200$ par personne avec l'alcool c'est le prix de grands restos, mais cette fois-ci, je suis plutôt neutre vs éblouie.
