Food is very decent and the cooking staff was nice.
Unfortunately, the establishment does not respect its own written agreements when it comes to honoring their membership.

Employee with his airpods, stupid in an inimitable way. The pizza took too long to make, so only pasta to make: we were the only ones waiting. Really not a fun experience!

It was fine for what it was, a bit overpriced but there isnt a lot of take out style pasta places.

I enjoyed it
*In response to the owner's response, I have attached a screenshot showing that I did indeed call the restaurant this evening. I encourage the owner to talk to the employees who work there tonight, because they caused you to lose 6 customers*
We planned to go there as a family on a Saturday evening, for a birthday. Finally, when we called around 5:30 p.m. to confirm, the employee told us that they would probably close at 6:00 p.m. since there were "not that many" customers. While the usual schedule is until 9:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Too bad they close FULLY during dinner time, since I loved this restaurant when the franchise was elsewhere in Quebec.
Time not respected
This is the worst pasta I ever had. I usually don’t write reviews, but people should be warned. Pasta must be drowned in parmesan and salt to be edible. Overcooked and flavourless. If I could put 0 stars on the food, I would.

They have vegetarian and even vegan options.
My favorite: the five cheese sauce :p
Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian and I confirm that there are several options.

I would recommend La Popessa to anyone passing through the area.
My experience was perfect, the service was fast and friendly, the kind and beautiful cashier with pink and brown hair served me quickly and with a beautiful smile.
The decoration is really immersive, it feels like you are in Europe with the trees.
I really like the concept and would return to the asap establishment

For delivery this restaurant was terrible.
Small salad was miniscule for $12 and came with no dressing.
Pastas were $20 and tasted like sauce from a jar, very average, meat tasted cheap. Also spaghetti and meatballs had no pasta choice but came with rigatoni instead of spaghetti...
Very disappointing.
