Terrible experience and worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Went twice, 30 min before close and I appeared to inconvenience the guy at the counter by being there, and then to learn they don’t even serve anything except the #1 with 30 MINUTES until close. This is unacceptable to any business especially a chain. Never mind the attitude and lack of English from the staff. never Agajn !

It was long before…a poutine with 8 pieces of cheese + 1 hot dog + 1 liqueur 15.25 of big anything
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food came efficiently and was tasty. I'd come back here for my poutine fix anytime. The restaurant was clean and the paper straws were thicker than normal which was appreciated.

I ordered a double cheese on delivery with Uber. Not only did I have to wait 1 hour before receiving it, the delivery man was at the restaurant waiting for almost 30 minutes. In addition, the bread was burnt and the meatballs were almost not cooked. I seriously wonder how you can fail to cook a burger, it's not like your patty is 1 inch thick. There’s no way to even call the restaurant directly with your centralized number. It makes your business hard

What's going on here? When I stopped by on Tuesday afternoon the lady at the checkout was super friendly, this is a balm that I certainly needed. The restaurant was also quite clean, enough to notice it let's say. So much the better.
We don't go to Lafleur to taste their hand-made cod acras. On my order, mustard steamies and fries that seemed to be cut on the spot. The food is okay, nothing more. The value for money is respected that said. Overall, for these items you feel like you're getting what you pay for. The cabbage in the hot dog lacks presence. Afterwards we must recognize that “cabbage” is not to vegetables what the merengue teacher is to the activities on the all-inclusive program in Puerto Plata. Flamboyant, spicy, smiling. “Miguel I miss you, all we have left are the echoes of your laughter”. It's cabbage but I ate the best one, in a hot dog, this year. In this city.
