One of the best Levantine foods you can find in Montreal. From the moment you step in, you feel at home—they really treat you like a guest. Amazing service, generous portions, and a complimentary tray of meze make the experience even better.

It says that it is open on Tuesdays, I drove all the way from Mirabel only to find out that it is closed… Even on the restaurants door, it says that they close on Mondays only. I was very excited to try it:( Another time I guess!

A great place for brunch. Food was fresh, tasty and ready on time! We were a group of 18 people and there were no issues. Place gets busy so do consider the wait times.

Restaurant Le Professeur, tucked away on Bd de l'Acadie, this spot specializes in authentic Lebanese brunch fare, with a cozy, clean interior that feels welcoming without being overly fancy. I started with the foul (fava beans and chickpeas simmered with garlic, onion, olive oil, and lemon), which was a standout: creamy, zesty, and served with a fresh veggie platter on the side. Absolutely addictive and a perfect vegan option. For mains, the fatteh with beef was rich and layered with yogurt, pine nuts, and crispy pita, while the man'ousheh platters (try the za'atar or cheese versions). Portions are generous, flavors are spot-on authentic, and everything arrived hot and beautifully presented. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and efficient, even during the brunch rush. Prices are reasonable for the quality (mains around $15–20 CAD), and they offer takeout if you're in a hurry. If you're craving Middle Eastern comfort food in a relaxed setting, this is your spot.

Last Sunday Visiting montreal from Ottawa decided to go there for a breakfast .literally were kicked out, waitress had a group reservation ahead of us ..most of the Seats were empty , she said if you are not with group please wait outside without telling us how long and what next nor took our names / phone number to call us when ready , just go wait outside . It was raining at the time
We waited about 15 min , went in to her trying to find out how long she said if raining go to the cars wait inside your cars..
That wasn’t a nice way to treat guest visiting for the first time
That was it
