Splendid service, decor and cuisine. A little expensive for the quantity served.

We went for Valentine's Day. We were seated next to the DJ, the music was very loud. We couldn't hear each other speak. We wanted the prime rib to share, but we were informed that there was none left. While a table being served after we received the same dish. So I had the pasta carbonara. It was cold and tasteless, the racks of lamb on the other hand were good. The server was nice and polite. For the prices, I don't recommend it at all. The portion of dough was ridiculously small.

We had a reservation for 20h30 but were seated at 21h10. Our food arrived at 22h45, by which time the restaurant was nearly empty, and guests were slowly leaving. The atmosphere was nice, but the service could have been more attentive. The waitress only came to our table three times, which limited our experience—we would have likely ordered more if given the opportunity. Unfortunately, dessert wasn't even offered. It seems like a great spot, but the service left us disappointed.
This is the first time I have ever gone out of my way to write a negative review about an establishment, so I hope it says alot. My girlfriend and I had a reservation last Friday on Valentine's Day evening at 8:30 PM—a reservation we made almost two months in advance and confirmed over the phone. We arrived right on time, only to find the vestibule absolutely packed with people waiting. We were then informed by the receptionist that the wait time was over an hour—despite having a reservation. We had no choice but to go back home, as waiting for such an unreasonable amount of time was not an option, and no other restaurant would possibly take us on a Valentine's Day Friday evening without a reservation. This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. You completely ruined our Valentine's Day evening, which is very special to us. My girlfriend cried on the way back, either due to your blatant lack of planning and organization or your shady business practices. It is obvious to me that you deliberately overbook the restaurant during peak hours so that you always have a line of people waiting to fill in later in the evening. That is dishonest, greedy, and inconsiderate. I will never return to your restaurant and strongly encourage anyone reading this to avoid it. Also, fix your valet service. Your employees parked cars right in the middle of the street for 10-15 minutes at a time, completely blocking traffic for ridiculous periods and creating jams that goes as far as Notre-Dame and beyong. You don't own the street.
First time trying this resto…. First impression was terrible.
-
The atmosphere had its charm, there was a live DJ, and I heard the outdoor set-up during the summer has quite the vibe to it.
-
The kitchen needs a revamp, equipment was covered in tin foil all the way around and looked used up.
-
The lamb was the only thing our table tried that was good, the rest lacked taste.
-
Won’t get into service, the workers could have been burnt from a long week or year, it just wasn’t what I expected from a 200$/head resto.

Do not recommend this restaurant at all, never pay me for services provided and I see that this is a common practice in restaurants. I even have to go to small claims to get reimbursed

Was called out publicly for not tipping and physically blocked from leaving by what I presumed to be the manager. Had felt like a walk of shame leaving the Resturant with guests staring after the negative interaction with the manager
I’ll get right into it, the service was terrible and not accommodating at all, did not live up to any of our expectations for it being a higher end establishment. I always tip good/average service however tipping is not mandatory especially with bad customer services. Something this establishment does not seem to agree on. Group of 3 people
To my memory I have never written a bad review on Google before this will be the first and hopefully the last. Apologies for the long review.
I won’t give the waiters name as this review is not to tarnish her public image, but she was being very condescending as we asked questions about the menu. We decided individually not collectively to not tip as we felt the service did not reflect that of one that we would usually tip to.
The waiter decided to look over each of our shoulders as we paid to make sure we tipped and when we didn’t she had complained to her co-workers and what i presumed to be manager.
As we tried to leave the said manager blocked us from leaving and asked us about the service which we tried to be respectful about and said it was alright, he then started to try and push an answer he wanted by answering for us and saying yes at the end of each answer to get us to agree he then started to talk aggressively questioning us why we didn’t tip with other guests staring and listening into why this man was questioning us loudly and blocking our path to leave trying to force answers out of us.
This is why it felt like a walk of shame after he was done interrogating us like we dined and dashed
(Side note: barely an Italian Resturant with the dishes they had)
I would not recommend this place for anyone as the treatment we had received was not that of any respectable Resturant.
I’m leaving employees names out due to privacy concerns but I urge this establishment to better train their employees in how they treat customers. They have lost a customer for life.
I also don’t know how to add pictures into this as of the initial post but will add later if I find out how, but we ordered only 3 dishes

Terrible experience. Took 1.5 hours before we received our food. The salad was placid. The food, the veal, was expensive and tasted bad and cold.

Great atmosphere, but unfortunately not worth the visit. The restaurant falls short of being an authentic Italian experience. The menu is quite limited, with only a handful of options—just four pasta dishes, two fish choices, and two meat dishes. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal, but the main courses didn’t impress. My wife ordered the gnocchi, which was underwhelming—store-bought quality at best. I tried the cod, which had good flavor, but the portion was surprisingly small, more suited for a child. For the price, we expected more variety and better quality.

I recently brunched here with a group of friends. While the space is lovely and our service was kind and attentive, the food was very disappointing.
I ordered Le Santé, which advertises poached eggs, smoked salmon, cottage cheese, avocado toast, and Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and granola. The avocado toast was a sad slice of bread that was smeared with what looked like prepackaged avocado spread and the poached eggs were watery and cold. After spending over $30 on my plate and a coffee, I left feeling hungry and let down.

Dietary restrictions: Not many options available for people with food allergies or intolerance.
Parking: No valet signage in front of the restaurent.
Food was not as good as previous years.

We had a holiday party here for our work and it was a lovely experience! The maitre d’hôtel Elias was very efficient at managing his team. He got our orders on time, the food was the right temperature and tasty. In addition, they were very on point on being attentive to some of our guests who have food allergies and sensitivities. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would come back here again.

The ambiance is undoubtedly one of the strong points of this restaurant. The decor is neat and the general atmosphere invites relaxation and pleasure. The wine list is very impressive, with a varied selection that will delight wine lovers.
However, the quality of the food does not live up to the advertised price level, which may leave some disappointment.
Also, the lack of beers on tap is a small inconvenience that could improve the overall experience.
A lovely place, but could better balance its value for money.
