It's my refreshing stopover - scallop or salmon tartare, with a glass of champagne - favorite for lunch or after a busy morning, even on Monday.
Also discover their crème brûlée - surprising in its kind - and exemplary for its crispiness and perfectly measured temperature.
I must admit that the chips with the tartare can be surprising, but in the end it fits really well overall with the croutons.

Mignonette is a small bar in the middle of a food court. The food was very good, however; the service was less than stellar. I was the only person at the bar & sat, with my empty plate, for 15 min. I was going to order more food but the attitude of the servers was more like "It's getting late & I want to go home," rather than "let's take care of our last customer." They were set to close in an hour but were breaking down the bar already....
