You know, this is probably my first time leaving a review on a restaurant ever. I’ve been going here for maybe 4-5 years. I love pho, Montreal has a very active viet community, I make my own pho quite often. And yet, I’m the definition of a regular at this restaurant.

You come here for the pho. Once you’ve found your order, you never switch. Ever. The price is decent, but the portions are generous, the beef broth is one of my favs broths in the city, and the fatty beef cuts especially are without a doubt the best I’ve had.

It’s probably a little unhinged of me to say this, but though I don’t eat out much, I’ve gone to this restaurant over 100 times, without exaggeration. If my review seems overly positive, it’s because this review feels long overdue. Love this restaurant; probably my favourite restaurant in Montreal.

P.S. the service is INCREDIBLY fast. Like shockingly so.

Beautiful little authentic place. Welcoming and lightning-fast service.

The grilled chicken and vegetable Pho was very good. Good portion. The meat was well seasoned! Yum. The broth was good! Less my style (a little more on the fat than on the flavors.)

Great experience. I recommend. Little ambient music as a bonus.

There was a small queue before we sat down, that already gave a good omen. And we were not wrong.
Excellent seafood dish in a nest with crispy noodles like I had rarely tried before. Once the noodles were well soaked with the sauce that covered everything, the taste buds felt the mixture of flavours covering the squid, scallops, the shrimps and the thin layer of imitation crab, making a delicious whole. Mixing the already moist noodle with the one that was still crispy.
The shrimp spring rolls were big, fresh and well garnished. The only drawback was the accompanying sauce, which they did not put the nuts on. Otherwise, excellent.
Next time it will be the Pho.

The pho is definitely worth trying, I was told it was the best in Montreal so I had to try it. A clear and light but tasty broth, tender meat and a really reasonable price.
