We placed an order directly through their system, which promised delivery within 30 minutes. Two hours later, still no food. When we called to follow up, the lady who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. She showed zero regard for customer service and kept deflecting the responsibility by telling us to contact Uber or DoorDash—despite the fact that we ordered directly with them! Completely unacceptable behavior and a total lack of accountability. We won’t be ordering here again.

I love this place...but they say they close at 11.it is 10.30 and the kitchen is closed but only on days the young girl works! I always call at 10.30 and it's still.open when this girl works it's always closed 30 minutes befor??

Cheap and dishonest after picking up our order we were missing 1 submarine and the most expensive, they told us to come back and get it once there it was another story, we were treated like thieves, in the end we paid 6 and we got 5 sub marin. I do not recommend this restaurant, plus they waited for us to arrive to start the order as if we were ordering over the phone for nothing.
