Très belle cuisine : le menu “choix du chef” était excellent. Nous avons eu une très belle soirée avec Antoine et son équipe. Merci beaucoup !

Found this gem on Lonely Planet. Really wonderful place! Comfortable and welcoming vibe. The people serving were friendly and went out of the their way to describe the menu items and explained how the food would come in courses so we couldd take our time and enjoy everything. The food was excellent!!! So happy with our evening

I reserve 5 stars for only the mOst amazing. I would give this place a 4 3/4 if I could but it was damn good. Small platess, but not really that small. Noisy trendy inside, but vvery good service. For the food, it was amazing! So many different flavors in every dish. I started with the Korean raw Salmon, then the black fungus salad, Vietnamese beef, and finally the coconut and pear pie. Every dish was unique and fun to try. Again I will go back to all the flavors in every dish. An adventure in eating. Definitely try this place!!!

Had a great time. The staff was attentive and charming, the food was original and delicious, and the ambiance was better than I expected. Fun choice for a date night.

Delicious, delicious, delicious. An amazing little restaurant in Old Montreal. Fantastic dishes that are full of flavour and beyond what we expected. Great cocktails too. Can't wait for our next trip to Montreal, we will definitely be returning.

Quite a fancy restaurant compared to all the other ones in Chinatown. The food is divine, though. The personnel is very knowledgeable on the menu, it's impressive. Beware, they only take reservations.

I think "Eclectic Asian-fusion" sums it up. My beef and chinese brocolli was excellent in taste and presentation. The cut of meat was like butter, unbelievably tender and cooked to perfection. The accompanying sauce was a perfect compliment. AND the hot sauce (had to buy a bottle)!!!

The Montreal-Quebec series, Part 1. It's been hours since we've had a real meal. An Uber ride to Los Angeles airport, a transcontinental flight, a shuttle into Montreal, two metro trains, and finally, a walk to our first destination-- Orange Rouge. Though hungry, we wait for the outdoor seating set on a quaint street with slow-moving foot traffic. Today's feature: young adults in cosplay walking to and from a nearby comic convention. While the sun sets behind Montreal's stone buildings, my focus is squarely on beating the heat under our orange-umbrella shade and sipping a cool Creemore Springs Lager. Settling down, we note that this Chinatown is unlike any we've ever been to. First, there's no Chinese people in sight. Second, the makeup of Orange Rouge's staff is a mixed variety but definitely not Asian. What does this portend for a restaurant branding itself as Asian Fusion? Apparently, amazing stuff. The Duck Dumplings are a feast for the eyes. Abutted by crisply cooked cauliflower and a savory-sweet thickened sauce resembling Tahini, the army-green dumplings are at its center. Delicious, even before the first bite. The real standout, however, is the Foie Gras Steam Bun. The size of a wound up fist, the bun appears massive and somewhat inedible at first. But after piercing it's facade a steaming jus bursts forth revealing the meaty contents heated to mouth-watering perfection. Bon Appétit!

This place was recommended to me by a friend from work and am sad to say it was not a good experience. The food was mediocre, I could see what was trying to be done flavour wise but nothing stood out as anything new or exciting. We felt neglected as customers and every interaction seemed as an opportunity to sell rather than to make us feel welcome. After leaving from our hour stay, I puked my whole dinner on the sidewalk just one street down the road. It could be food poisoning, but maybe everything I had at the restaurant wasn't good to mix, but once we got home my girlfriend had violent diarrhea and now it's clear we both have it. We didn't share food and are both feeling terrible. When looking into the kitchen, I could see some things that stood out as a problem from my experience as a cook and health and safety representative. Will not be coming back until I hear from others that standards have been risen and quality of service is better. For an $80 meal I was very disappointed.

I originally thought it was a Chinese restaurant, but from its tastes, it was not really like Chinese food. I liked their ramen soup though it wasn’t really similar to traditional ramen. The marinated in mushroom really made the soup vibrant! As for the fried rice, where they used seasoning like the one could find in lamb skewers, was also pretty good! Also the waiter was really friendly.

Nice environment! Great food! More of a tapas restaurant with small dishes. Great place to grab drinks and watch the chef work on the open kitchen.

Had an absolutely terrific meal! The staff are all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of drinks and the menu is quite impressive. Everything has a little unique spin and it’s all delicious! The only thing we didn’t like was the bottle of wine we ordered which was probably our fault. It was a little strange tasting but otherwise the meal was great! Oh, they also have their own house hot sauce that is fantastic!

What a wonderful find! Amazing food full of flavors with an unexpected twist that will definitely surprise and delight your palette. For example, smoked oysters with a very mesquite flavor added to the every bite. Not your ordinary Pad Thai dish because here they make it with squid ink pasta which is an unusual twist but full of flavor. I am definitely a big fan and wish I live in Montreal so I can go again. Located in Chinatown and a short walk to the Old Port. Sit at the bar so you can have a full view of the kitchen, good cocktails too.
