Friendly staff and good food
Delicious food
Authentic Filipino food with great prices. Our go-to spot for lechon kawali and dinuguan.
The best Crispy Pata. Crispy skin, juicy and tender meat. Good food.
Very good Filipino food. Had the crispy pata and lechon. Very tasty. Did takeout. Will be back.

Super welcoming and friendly staff, generous portions of homemade authentic Filipino food. The crispy pork belly is sooooo good.
My meal was phenomenal
The service was friendly and quick.
I had the 2 dish meal adobo and collard greens and sweet sticky rice in banana leaf for dessert.
I will definitly come eat here again
It’s best to order from there !
The porc leg is the best on the menu !
I don't have any photos that execute written facts ... however, I was in a sham after being told to visit and order from this restaurant. In truth the dishes I tasted were too bland for my palette.
Their pricing per dish is superb. In addition the amount of food given is enormous by restaurant standards.
For me I feel where they fell short is the flavoring wow-factor. Mind y'all, I have a West Indies up growing where dishes are seasoned to perfection.
I felt challenged to taste because a person from the Phil's said they are good. Now I disagree.
I believe this restaurant can be a landmark of delicious dishes 1- if they can take positive criticism and invest in renovations.
I don't think the person serving me should have had a beard every so long while hovering over the displayed dishes.
I guarantee you I will go back to this restaurant some time soon.
If you want the authentic and affordable Filipino cuisine, restaurant papas is the place to be! It is my favorite filipino restaurant here in Montreal. The serving is huge, staff are super nice and funny and the atmosphere gives a carinderia and turo turo vibes from home! Everything is delish and my favorites are liempo, pata, pakbet, laing, fried fish, humba, papaitan and many more.
