It's obvious you know what you're getting yourself into when you choose this as your eatery for that day. It is getting to a point where I wonder about the choices I have made. The restaurant is filthy. The counters and tables need a good scrubbing and cleansing. The food is classic excessive greasy and fatty fast food. It has lost it's appeal and panache. Maybe the burgers are still worth an indulgence from time to time. The fries are excessively oily and soggy.

The food is average, typical fast food place. Meals are way over priced for what you get. A medium sized poutine of average quality for almost $20. Staff are busy and overworked, with frequent lineups. Unremarkable experience

It’s been quite some time since I last ordered from Paulo and Suzanne, and this time I opted for delivery. I got the ultimate burger trio, and a side of Caesar salad. I don’t know why I was expecting a small portion of salad, but it was actually a lot, way more than I could finish. There was also a generous amount of fries, and I loved how soft the burger was. The meat was tender, the bacon was soft, and there was a good amount of veggies and a decent amount of sauce. Everything paired really well together.

I find it’s a great value for a trio, it keeps you full for several hours.

I also got the apple caramel cheesecake. It’s not a huge portion, but then again, it’s cheesecake, so it’s naturally rich. That said, this one felt a bit lighter than usual, so you don’t get that overly heavy feeling after a slice. I do wish the crust had been a bit firmer, as it was very soft.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my meal and would definitely order it again in the future.

It was so good, even via delivery, I was really impressed.

The minute I walked in, the female waitress by the name of Amira that served me at the cash had a nice smile and was super friendly and accommodating. What a sweetheart 💕 And on top of that, the food was great! Took a Piri-Piri poutine with a Sud-Ouest Burger and was impressed. Coming back again!
