I went with a group of friends, we were four people. The service was quick and she was attentive to us!
I got the udon, a little salty but otherwise so good. My friends loved their dishes!
Very filling for each of us, and considering the price too.

Comfort, homie food from simple people. Cant vouch how authentic it is, honestly, but it was tasty, spicy and affordable. The lady owner? was super charming and super friendly!

Food didn’t taste as authentic and was more fusion styles, the usual korean side dishes and kimchi required extra purchase unfortunately

Delicious food! We had the tofu stew and salmon teriyaki and both were great! Also wanted to note we received the friendliness service from the owner. Highly recommended this restaurant.

I live in Seoul and was visiting Montreal when I tried this restaurant. The food didn’t taste especially Korean. The kimchi had a chemical-like aftertaste that reminded me of hand sanitizer. But the most uncomfortable part was how tipping was handled. We were splitting the bill, and a tip had already been added on the first payment. When we didn’t add a second tip on the remaining amount, the manager became upset and told us we had to pay four more dollars, saying fifteen percent on the full bill came to eight dollars. She entered the amount herself and made us pay it. It felt unfair and left a really negative impression. Tipping should be voluntary, especially when it has already been given.

We went there when it barely opened and were still offered amazing service. We even had to go quickly and this was no issue as well. The food was also pretty amazing. Overall this is the kind of place I'll be coming back to when I'm around this area.

My cousin recommended the dakgangjeong and I absolutely loved it! That was a big plate, full of favour (sweet and spicy) 😋

Food is quite good but if you have allergies, totally avoid this place. I have been twice and asked them to remove an item I was allergic to during my visits. The 2 times I still found the item in my plate and asked for it to be removed. On both occasions I still found them in the second plate presented to me. It is quite disappointing that a restaurant does not show more respect to food restrictions. Thankfully I am not deadly allergic, but this could have ended up worse.
