We have been visiting this restaurant for over 15 yrs and it never fails to deliver. The food is always great and the service is efficient. It is clean and well maintained, except washrooms are a bit rundown only. I would recommend the salted spicy calamari, as well as the chicken and black beef with the garlic bok Choi all delicious!

Poor to mediocre service, food is poor to mediocre at best as well. Service is mediocre at best. This restaurant is still in business only because there is a lack of decent Chinese restaurants on the island of Montreal. Not sure if I would recommend it to friends and family, tbh.

The dim sum is being carried around in carts. The majority of the dim sum we ordered were soggy and cold. The waiter literally stood next to me when I was paying to see how much I tip him. Very annoying experience!

Went there for Dim Sum - the waiter and waitress were non existent, when we did flag a waitress down to get early dimsum service (no push carts) , she looked as if we were bothering her. Getting our tea pot refilled was another annoyed waiter. When I went to pay for the bill at the pay counter, the waitress was quick to come up to me and told me that I should pay 15% tip. They are aggressive, entitled and rude. I told them in Cantonese that their service was horrible and now you're telling me what I need to pay in tips? I will never return to this restaurant when return to my home town - not surprising only 1/4 of restaurant is filled on Sunday for Dim Sum.

They don’t care their customers. They ignore the customers do go or don’t do online order.
The service of their restaurant is so disappointing, it takes a long time for someone to come just to refill the water when there is just few customers.
This review is for their ddash/ueats products.
This has to be the best value Chinese one can get on that platform. Dim sum on demand and other Chinese meals provided in a more generous quantity than most competitors.
The only downside is that taste and quality may feel a little cheaper, but if you're really hungry, it hits the spot.

As a tourist from Taiwan, I have to say its flavor is…. Really terrible. Unbalanced between salt and sugar, poor used of oil, I think there is lots of place should be improved.
Horrible service when today to eat dim sum today with my mother. The carts ladies taking their time and chit chat with others without serving us foods for awhile. The food is so awful. It was so so not the best dim sum ever ate. Barely any service… I when to pay they complain why I gave them such a low tip. due to those main reasons and the food not even serve hot it was barely even warm.. never going back their again gave them a chance. Also I dislike how one of the waitresses mention my job thinking she knows me. I don’t know her just another customer to me. keep your comment to yourself was my day off. They seriously need to work customer service cause they was barely any. Not my fault bad tip just due to those issues.
A landmark dim sum restaurant in Montreal Chinatown. The building historically has been the home of dim sum for over 45 years under various names Kam Fung and now Ruby rouge. The quality remains excellent
