Excellent authentic Guangzhou Xiguan food. The pig's trotters are terrible, recommended! The stir-fried kale with garlic sauce is also very good, and the most amazing thing is the claypot rice, which is not to be missed.
Their food was amazing, but looks like they've permanently closed and a different resto is moving in. Saw a permit for building in the window. I hope I'm wrong and they're renovating but there's been no update on their social media.
This was a refreshing stop - noodles and dumplings and broth with the requisite vinegar and chili oil. I reverted to my 8 year old self slurping down the whole bowl. And where else serves stir fried lettuce with oyster or shrimp paste sauce? Nowhere anymore...except here.Noodle soup dish with dumplings is under $8 - do it!!
