Nous avons aimé notre expérience, le serveur était sympa. La nourriture très bonne, j'ai une autre réservation dans pas longtemps, mon expérience de samedi m'a convaincue.

Restaurant was empty when we arrived. The waiter was rude and rushed us to order and then disappeared until it was time to pay. The food was not cooked as requested.

We had our new year family brunch at Lloyd this year and it was an excellent choice! The food was extremely delicious and with big varieties , the service was good and the environment not noisy. All of us really enjoyed it!

There is a constant noise caused by the glass door leading to the hallway for the washrooms. We were sitting near the door and all you hear is the constant door slamming when people open and close it.

Bonne idée de brunch mais on met des places pour 14h pour ne pas qu'on nous installe à 14h et qu'on nous dise que la cuisine ferme à 15h donc on arrive il n'y a presque plus rien et on va payer le plein prix ce qui n'est pas juste .

We booked a table for a New Year Brunch. I was very surprised to see that despite the amount (95 dollars without taxes) ans the reservation, the restaurant took 30 min to find a table for us. Even worst, they came at us to give us a seat ans after ask for reservation name ... Thus, I'm sure some people were seated before us, and we probable seated before others reservation which is not acceptable for a restaurant associates to Marriott Name. I'm a marriot'client since 5 years now and this is the first time things happen like this. In addition, the service was not good, waiter came only 1 time for drinks and the room was very noisy. If you search a good buffet experience in a luxury place, do not spend your money here, you will be disapointed.

Nous avons été ravis de notre soirée au LLoyd,s ainsi que la fin de soirée au caf conc. Excellent service de la part d' Aurélie ainsi d' ailleurs que du personnel de cuisine pour ce délicieux buffet. La suite au Caf Conc était tout aussi festive et agréable, félicitations aux membres du groupe musical: Shine qui ont fait danser et vibrer, et ce sans interruption, de 23h30 à 2h du matin . wow quelle énergie communicative ! 2 bémols ou questions à direction du LLoyd's: 1. Comment pouvez-vous annoncer sur votre carte des vins, selon le côté ou on la consulte la même bouteille ( vin d' Anjou rouge) à 72 $ verso et recto à 90 $ . Notre 1e addition elle nous a été facturée à 90 $ puis à 72 $ après réclamation. Nous n' avons pas eu le temps de vérifier si votre carte des vins comportait d' autres '' attrapes '' du même genre ??? 2. Vous devriez également réviser la proposition de pourboire sur vos terminaux. Il est d' usage et plus transparent pour le client d' afficher le montant du pourboire selon les pourcentages que le montant total avec pourboire.

Been going here decades. Property got an upgrade..Hopefully you like modern contemporary..(it's ok, to me) wasn't ready for that..nice place great location.

Nice location, close to old Montreal and Chinatown. The rooms are quite spacious but the best part is the shower!
