Just a regular brunch with good quality aliments. I was expecting a bit more cooking and originality from Lloyd.

Brunch was great!! I would recommend it. Special mention to our waitress She was so funny loved her!

I was seated at a communal table even though the restaurant was mostly empty. When I asked to move, the hostess told me all the standard tables were “reserved.” Out of curiosity, I checked OpenTable on my phone and saw plenty of availability, so I booked a regular table on the spot, but even then, she still refused to move me, now saying they didn't have enough tables. The policy felt completely arbitrary and inconsistent, especially considering there were at least two empty two-person tables the entire time I was there. The hostess was also pretty dismissive and made no effort to help or even check that I had a reservation. On top of that, the music was blaring club-style pop remixes, not exactly the relaxed brunch atmosphere I was expecting. The food didn't redeem it either: my sandwich bread was cold and stale instead of warm, fluffy, or crusty, and the overall meal just felt like it had been sitting around. The brunch selection was limited, and they even charge $5 for a plain cup of tea that should honestly be included. It's $55 CAD before tax and tip btw.

The food , service and ambience were fantastic. I am not sure if they were having an off day, but the buffet had a delayed opening and not all of the food was out, nor were the labels for the food. It took them about 45 minutes to get fully setup. We would return regardless.

Amazing! We went with our baby and they managed to accommodate us very well. Our experience was unforgettable. Food was great quality and had different varieties of brunch cuisine with an Asian twist. We will definitely be going back for dinner!!

The bar area was completely understaffed. Our drink order took over 15 minutes ti be taken then the same again to be fulfilled. The area was crowded and noisy. The pizza was bland and tasteless. The burger was average. Would not recommend this setting to anyone.

The food was great but the service so/so I felt I was in a waiter school they all seam to be without experience. The waiter is a big part of the experience Thank good the presentation and the food was great

The server did not give us the desert on a plate , I requested for my partner's name to be written which they have done the first time I came around but apparently they don't see that now the club sandwich tasted spicy and not the usual at all whilst the wagyu burger was fine I would recommend it but deffo not those.

Brunch: Very good - several choices of food. A group was very loud, so we asked the server to move us (party of 2) to another section of the restaurant. Service was excellent

Les plats étaient presque tous excellents. J'ai eu un petit doute sur le goût des œufs florentines, mais rien de grave (en y repensant, c'est probablement le vinaigre des œufs pochés... habituellement la hollandaise masque le tout, je crois, et il y en n'avait pas tant que ça). Le saumon fumé et le rôti de côte de bœuf, excellents. Le jambon à l'érable et le poulet karaage, pas mal. Pour le prix, le café n'était pas très bon, par contre. Les desserts étaient tous bien et heureusement que le pâtissier invité avait fait un gâteau excellent, ça m'a fait un peu oublier le café.

Excellent service, very clean and upscale. Very pleasant and quiet. It’s 10 min walk to all restaurants and shops.

Comme d'habitude tout était excellent. Un service attentionné et impeccable par Geneviève et ses collègues. Nous recommandons le Lloyd.

Even though my friend is a Marriott member and we normally have access to the Marriott lounges they told us her tier wasn’t high enough to get in this one. 😡
