Arrived at 12:00 p.m., no one in the restaurant, 12 people (we had reservations). Terrible service!! I went to get the water pitchers myself and did the service after 50 minutes of waiting!!! Employee left alone to receive and serve people. She was trying to reach her boss. There were other people arriving. Received the dishes at 1:30 p.m. Not really hot. Missing coleslaw although listed on the menu!! We didn't ask for the kind of sauce with chicken fingers. Ordered a tea, the cup arrived with a ring of coffee very well stuck all around the cup. Terrible service. We will never go back there!!!

Online order. 2 paid items missing, unable to reach the restaurant, voicemail no longer takes messages. Coleslaw straight into the compost bin. Wilted lettuce and tomato.
Update (2024-07-23): Call from the restaurant to apologize for the quality of the order, an appreciated and appreciable approach on the part of a restaurateur.

I will never understand why people pay so much for chicken. A very ordinary Scores which once had more luster, but the portions have decreased and the prices have increased. Better to let it go. There is free parking outside, be careful, it moves quickly in this parking lot that many people use to return to Saint-Laurent Sud.
After 25 minutes of waiting for a poutine in the take out. I had to call the waitresses like 5 times to get an answer. My poutine was behind and no one knew it. I am given poutine with almost no sauce and a spoon to eat. A spoon for a poutine imagine yourself and when I ask for a fork I am told that there is none. It's called a new administration but it looks like it's rotten like their service.

I was very humiliated because I booked for 25 people and about 10 people ate because they ran out of food. The 2 waitresses left to themselves and only one cook. I never thought I would experience something so pathetic in my life.

Haven’t went in years and wanted to go back for memories but due to bad management, we received mediocre service. No water refill, never got the condiments we asked for and had to go the bar to ask for the bill and pay. Filthy bathrooms.
