Very expensive. I paid $29 for Trio Canto Chowmein after tax. The noodles were very difficult to chew at the beginning and very oily.

I ordered the beef udon today. I waited 15 minutes to get it even if it was empty inside the resto (I get it, there’s Ubereats, but they should be able to be quicker, if not hire more staff??). There was no apology for the delay. The noodles taste overly salty and the meal as a whole tastes very bland. I was surprised because visually it looks appetizing. I left a tip, which I regret now (considering that the price does not at all reflect the quality) and the waiting time was too long.

Thought this was a fast food restaurant but food was freshly made and hot
The packaging is nice, I had the general tao, it is unique and different to general tao from other Chinese restaurants. May not be to everyone's taste but I like it

I used to be a regular here at Shifu for more than a year, I've seen the change take a turn for the worse. It started when their online ordering platform stopped working with no signs of it being fixed. Previously they gave above average portion sizes for the price. Within the last six months or so, they've reduced their packaging and also introduced daily specials, but thankfully the portion size didn't change. Last week they decide to add additional sides to your typical order, and when I saw this I immediately was suspicious of them reducing the portion size. It didn't happen at that time, but after today's serving, the container shrunk in half and the portion size was significantly reduced with no sign of the daily specials on their menu. They have lost a regular customer for now, I'll check in to see if they correct this, but I'm not holding out. Time to find a new place to eat.

Prices went up, portions got smaller. What a disappointment. Used to love this restaurant, but the Trio w/ extra protein that I used to pay ~$27 after tax now costs almost $40 for a ~30% smaller portion of food.
Increase prices OR change portion. Don't do both at once. That's how you lose a customer.
Too expensive. The noodle bowls alone shouldn't cost more than $11. I prefer to go to nearby Monteiro Express which charges $10 for a chicken bowl
