Mon appréciation: crevette sucrée et piquante adouci par le sorbet rafraîchissant et gouteux, un délice.

La nourriture est incroyable! Le chef met en valeur ces produits avec beaucoup d’élégance et de passion. On sent vraiment toute la saveur des aliments! L'inspiration des plats est italienne, mais on sent qu'ils ne ne sont pas contenté de ça, ils vont vraiment plus loin en terme de créativité. Le service est irréprochable, et en même temps très simple et authentique!
