I would not recommend this restaurant.Our experience began with parking; we were informed that leaving our car near the restaurant entrance was not possible and directed to use the valet service at the neighboring W hotel for $25. However, we managed to find free parking about 40 meters away from the restaurant on our own.The quality of the food was rather disappointing. We mistakenly ordered beef carpaccio, only to find out that the restaurant did not offer such a dish; it was actually beet carpaccio listed on the menu. Despite our error, the waiter accepted our request without clarification and brought us beets instead, which was frustrating. Furthermore, when we ordered a dish described as beef steak, what we received was beef cut into pieces and overcooked. Additionally, the prices for kids' drinks (non-alcoholic Shirley Temple & mojito) were equivalent to those of a glass of beer, which seemed unreasonable. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty with only ten of us for dinner, we were surprised to find an additional 18% charge on the bill for the large group size. Furthermore, the waitstaff included their gratuity in the check without consulting us, which felt presumptuous.In summary, the total price on the bill was exorbitant, considering the subpar quality of the food. We left feeling deeply disappointed; it was a regrettable experience.Don't be swayed by the attractive photos. It is difficult to call this restaurant Italian.

Amazing service, extraordinary people. I did a brunch after my civil wedding, they really took care of my guests. They even put little details into simple but elegant decoration on our table. The food was amazing. The event organizer Alexis is someone who take his job seriously and made sure we miss nothing. I even felt sick due to my pregnancy and they made sure i was comfortable. Very flexible with their planning and payment methods. My guests loved it and we plan on going back.

Delicious, fresh, 'treating myself to a great dinner' place to go to with loved ones. I've been so surprised by the low star ratings here and on google. It's probably due to people having different expectations of the experience, so I'll give my review some context. Post 2020, dining in at a resto is a treat for us. We don't like to be rushed in and out, or to be elbow to elbow with other diners. We want to relax, enjoy being out, and feel allowed to savour and take our time. So I loveeeee this place, especially the booths which have a decent distance between them for more private conversations. The tasting menus are a great deal; you should plan to be here 2-2.5 hours for them. (Also, why would you want to eat four courses in a smaller span of time? You need time between courses so that you are mentally and physically ready for more indulgence!)

The only disappointment was the slow service. The staff was extremely nice and competent but clearly short staffed. So it was not their fault. The three people there were running non-stop. The breakfast was delicious, presentations nice and the place quiet. Which is very appreciated for a breakfast.
Fantastic experience. Staff was amazing. Slight delay with the kitchen and they handled it like champs. Sent our table a delicious round of complimentary shots. Food was worth the wait. Can't wait to come back
