Tip option being 18%, 20%, 22%, I had to take out my calculator to calculate the percentage I wanted because there were no options to enter a custom percentage. It was probably understaff, quite long service.

Firstly, I must say that it is not with pleasure that I write this bad review since the last time we visited the Vesta, the cuisine, the service, the wine Friday the 13th, everything had been exquisite. On the other hand, last Thursday, we had made a reservation and the restaurant did not see fit to inform its customers that they could not open their kitchen to respect their reservations. We always hear restaurateurs complaining about “No shows” but respect goes both ways!! I even called several times in the previous hour, always without a response since we thought we were a few minutes late... by answering you would have had the chance to notify me!! Having customers needlessly move knowing full well that they will not be able to open (the Hydro-Qc work was planned in advance, it was not an unforeseeable power outage...), is more than ordinary and for this reason, I don't know if I will go back and invite friends there again. Big big disappointment.

Guillaume needs to be commended for finding us a table (when I booked for a different day ?). The Bob’s Special and Caprese salad was a perfect meal before watching tennis at the National Bank men’s tournament. Thank you Guillaume! Management needs to buy you a beverage or better yet, give you a raise!
