Absolutely love this restaurant. Been a few times over the years. Everything is so good and the owners are always friendly. Plus they have my favorite Iranian dessert, falooda, which I can’t find in other restos in the city.

AwfulThe worst experience of eating out that I’ve ever had in Montreal.We ordered chicken kebab and stew (Gheimeh) with rice. The starter was a kind of soup that was only the sour water without special taste! The main course wasn’t fresh and was completely stale, obviously reheated. We had the chicken sauce which smelled terrible. The portions were too small. Only five small pieces of chicken kebab! and a small bowl of Gheimeh.The place was dim without enough light.Waste of money.

I have ordered kale pacheh and halim to take out, the first one was good but halim was totally ordinary. Then next time we go there as dine in, the only reason which I give two stars is the waitress who was a nice lady with a smile on her face otherwise the food was obviously stale, the chicken sous had a bad smell so that my wife barely eat the food, the environment was depressing the saloon was dime and also they played very old-fashion music that made you cry! Finally we found an ant on the dining table!

We celebrated my boyfriends birthday over the weekend and really enjoyed our evening. We were a group of about ~15 people. We got a group menu and everything was delicious. Soup, salad, entrees, main, all of it. And it’s a byob so that’s a plus. I spent 115$ for two people, you don’t see that anymore these days.

I am totally unsatisfied with the quality of the food we ordered from this restaurant with Uber. Zereshk polo's chicken was dull and grayish to the point that its smell was annoying. Jooje Kebab was dry and insipid. Its Koobideh was so ordinary, the only food we could eat from this order. Sadly our day was 'lunchless' thanks to Yas restaurant. All in all the foods were not fresh and I wonder how any restaurant here can deliver such a terrible service to customers...
